Erik M. Tejero received the B.S. degree in physics and the M.S. degree in nuclear engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA, USA, and the Ph.D. degree in plasma physics from Auburn University, Auburn, AL, USA, in 2011. He was a Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) Karle’s Post-Doctoral Fellow, and is currently a Research Physicist with the Plasma Physics Division, NRL, Washington, DC, USA, where he is part of the Space Experiments Section. His current research interests include plasma waves and instabilities, nonlinear wave-particle interactions, and plasma diagnostics.
