Current responsibilities include Directing two teams, the Digital Sciences team in ARD and the NMR team in Analytical Enabling Capabilities to support structure elucidation across all modalities and mechanism elucidation.

Previously I drove the strategic expansion of computational, cheminformatics, and structural support into Process Research & Development and Analytical Chemistry at Merck. That team brought together a diverse modeling background to impact protein, peptide, and biologics design in the areas of biocatalysis, protein engineering, modalities (peptide, RNA, nanobodies, etc.), and traditional small molecule discovery and development.
