As a cosmologist, I explore fundamental questions about the origin and evolution of the very large scale structures in the Universe. I enjoy thinking about how new insights can be gained from existing observations, how better observations could transform our physical understanding of the Universe, and how physics, sometimes new, can help us explain our ever sharper visions of the Universe. I thrive in the research space between theory, data science, and observations.

I have been fortunate to be involved in influential experiments. My major current projects are the SPHEREx mission for which I am the Project Scientist and the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope for which I am leading the team focused on cosmology with large scale structures.
