Dinesh K. Patel received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in chemistry from the University of Mumbai, India, and the Ph.D. degree in chemistry from the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, University of Mumbai, in 2014. He is currently a Post-Doctoral Research Associate with Carnegie Mellon University. Prior joining to Carnegie Mellon University, he worked as Post-Doctoral Fellow at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel, from 2014 to 2018. He has coauthored over 20 refereed journal and conference publications. His research interests include functional 3D printing at micron and mm-scale, soft robotics, actuators, printed electronics, and mechanoluminescent devices.
