With having background in the Cancer Biology, I got an opportunity to work with a centrosome derived organelle , Cilia. We are using Air Liquid Interface (ALI) culture to grow patient (having ciliary gene mutation) derived primary cells and understand transcriptomic profile of these mutant cells (w.r.t to control).
