RESEARCH BACKGROUND & INTERESTS
[1] Design functional nucleic acid-based (aptamer, DNAzyme, G-quadruplex, i-motif) DNA nanostructures and nanodevices (including organic synthesis, biomolecules conjugation and circuit construct) to conduct cell membrane engineering, cell classification, in vitro and in vivo imaging and diagnosis, cancer theranostics and bioengineering of other diseases (including SARS-CoV-2).
[2] Interested in DNA nanotechnology-engaged extensive interdisciplines (chemistry, biology and nanomaterial). For example, I can construct photo-responsive nanomaterials, such as Ln-doped upconversion nanoparticles, NIR-triggered organic probes, photocaged functional nucleic acids, photothermal Au nanoparticles to spatiotemporally realize cell biorecognition and modulation, penetrable tumor imaging, reprogrammable tumor photoimmunotherapy and other biomedical applications.
[3] Synthetic biology-based artificial chemical reaction network to mimic and reveal underlying life mechanisms and create vivid functions (such as artificial cell recorder, artificial T cell).
