Damian is a Lecturer in Coaching and Human Performance at the University of Central Lancashire, and Founder of Human Braking Performance (HumanBrakingPerformance.com). Damian is internationally recognised for the impact his research has had on enhancing understanding of the importance of deceleration and braking on human health and sports performance. He has published extensively on the topic of deceleration and presented this work at national and international conferences.
