Dae-Gyu Park (SM’02) received the Ph.D. degree in electronic materials from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Urbana, IL, USA. He is currently a Senior Manager with the Nano Science and Advanced Technology Laboratory, T.J. Watson Research Center, Yorktown Heights, NY, USA. He has been engaged with IBM/alliance partners CMOS technologies and exploratory device integration, and is currently focusing on the researches of high mobility channel transistors and new memory devices.
