Cranos M. Williams received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, Greensboro, NC, USA, in 2001, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, USA, in 2002 and 2007, respectively. He is currently a Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at North Carolina State University. He is also the Director of the Engineering Computational Methodologies for Multihierarchical Biological Systems (EnBiSys) Research Laboratory at the same university. His current research interests include the development of targeted computational and analytical solutions for modeling and controlling biological systems.
