Chiharu Urano

Chiharu Urano received the B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees from The University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan, in 1995, 1997, and 2000, respectively. In 2002, he joined the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, Tsukuba, Japan. From 2007 to 2008, he was a Guest Researcher with Bureau International des Poids et Mesures, Sèvres, France. From 2010 to 2011, he was with the National Institute of Standards and Technology, Boulder, CO, USA. His current research interests include electrical standards and thermometry.
