Bio

My research is focused on benthic ecology, specifically on the ecology of subantarctic and Antarctic sponges. I am studying the effect of climate change on sponges from individual/molecular to community level. I also work on conservation and management of marine living resources and CCAMLR related issues. I am the current Chair of the Scientific Committee of CCAMLR . im also associated to Millenium Institute BASE leading the research line on conservation
