个人简介
My research is focused on improving the quality of meat and meat products. I am involved in the assessment of ante- and post-mortem factors affecting the quality and shelf-life of meat. I manage national and international research projects. In addition, I am involved in contract work for meat processors and retailers and technology transfer for the meat industry.
