Brian R. Stoner (SM’10) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering and the M.S. degree in materials science from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA, USA, and the Ph.D. degree in materials science and engineering from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, USA. He was a Senior Scientist with Electronic Materials Center, Kobe Steel, Research Triangle Park, NC, USA. He is currently a Distinguished Fellow with RTI International, Research Triangle Park.
