Bio
Cellular immunotherapies offer great promise but there remain far more questions than answers and these remain early days for engineered cellular therapies. Synthetic biology offers the potential to develop safer therapies to resolve therapeutic toxicities, address clinical limitations and engineer ‘smart’ therapies; immunological cellular robots - iBots, armed with the ability to adapt and respond to change in the face of an evolving malignancy. This is an exciting time to work in this field!
