My clinical and research interests relate to understanding cardiovascular disease in animals. Specifically, I focus on advancing our understanding of the pathophysiologic and anatomic characteristics of congenital heart disease; adapting advanced imaging techniques such as cardiac CT, fluoroscopy, and 3D echocardiography to visualize cardiac pathology in animals; and developing and optimizing techniques for the minimally-invasive, transcatheter treatment of structural heart disease.
