I earned a Bachelor's degree in mathematics with comprehensive honors. Since 2015, I have been working on galactic archaeology, specifically on chemical tagging. I design machine learning algorithms that recover comoving and coeval structures in the Milky Way. I modified the Nearest Neighbor Clustering algorithm for chemo-dynamical tagging, which successfully retrieved several globular clusters in the APOGEE data. Currently, I am exploring statistical techniques that would quantify the relationship between properties of the Milky Way and the chemical abundances we obtain from astronomical surveys. I will be starting a Ph.D. program at the University of Sydney this July.
