Dr. Balasubramani Vellingiri received his BS, MS and Master of Philosophy degrees in Physics from Periyar University and his Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from Bharathiar University Coimbatore, (India), He is currently working as an Assistant Professor (SG), Department of Physical Science at Saveetha University Chennai. His current research interests include thin film, MIS type Schottky diode, photodetectors, Solar Cell and fabrication of cost-effective Photovoltaic Devices.
