Bio
Andreas pichler graduated in 2000 with a degree in electrical engineering from the Vienna University of Technology, Austria. From June–August 2002, he worked on the EC project FlexPaint (G1RD-CT-1999-00033). From October 2002–July 2003 he was worked as a visiting researcher at the Department of Informatics at the Vision Laboratory of Robert B. Fisher at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. Since 2004, he has been with Profactor GmbH. His research interests include three-dimensional image understanding and its application in robotics and flexible automation.
