Alexandre Dufour

Dr. Alexandre Dufour obtained his M. Sc. in Artificial Intelligence & Pattern Recognition from Paris Pierre & Marie Curie University in 2004, followed by a Ph. D in Image Processing from Paris René Descartes in 2007 while working at Institut Pasteur Korea (Seoul, South Korea). From 2008 to 2017 he worked as Research Scientist at Institut Pasteur Paris, leading the “Cell Morphodynamics” team in the Bioimage Analysis Group. He now leads the Digital Rock Physics lab at TotalEnergies where he develops image-based modeling techniques applied to porous materials.
