Bio

Alexander S. Machikhin received the M.S. degree in optotechnics from Moscow State Technical University, Moscow, Russia, in 2007, the Ph.D. degree in experimental physics from the Scientific and Technological Centre of Unique Instrumentation, Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow, Russia, in 2011, and the Doctor of Technical Sciences degree in optical and optoelectronic devices from Moscow Power Engineering Institute, Moscow, Russia, in 2019. Since 2011, he has been with the Scientific and Technological Centre of Unique Instrumentation, Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow, Russia, where he is currently a leading Researcher. The area of his scientific interests includes photonics, acousto-optics, optoelectronics, optical information processing, video spectrometry, interferometry, optical coherence tomography, digital holographic microscopy, and stereoscopy.
