Bio
Alexander N. Raikov graduated in radio physics and electronics from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute, in 1974.
He is currently a Specialty Engineer-Radio Physicist. Prior to 1993, he has developed automated control systems for the Russian Government. In 1993–1999, he was the Head of the Information-Analytical Department, Russian President Administration, and a Coordinator of the Situation Centre of the Russian President. Since 1999, he and his team has been completing about 60 projects for the Administration of the Russian President, the Ministry of Education of Russia, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the Government of the City of Moscow, the Republic of Kazakhstan, BCG, and Deloitte. He has been the Doctor of technical sciences, a State Advisor of the Russian Federation, a Winner of the Russian Government Award in the field of science and technology, a Full Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, a Full Member of the Academy of Forecasting—Russian Branch of the International Academy for Future Research, a Full Member of the International Academy of Sciences of Information, Information Processes and Information Technologies, a Full Member of the International Academy of Informatization, a Professor of MIREA—Russian Technological University, the Leading Researcher of the Institute of Control Sciences of Russian Academy of Sciences, the Head of the Artificial Intelligence Department, National Centre of Digital Economy, Lomonosov Moscow State University, the Director of the Centre for Artificial Intelligence of the International Research Institute of Management Problems, and the Scientific Leader of the Expert and Analytical Centre of the Institute of Tax Management and Real Estate Economics of the Higher School of Economics. He is an Expert of the Russian Academy of Sciences, as well as many development funds and international journals. He is the author of about 500 scientific publications, nine patents, and including ten monographs in the field of strategic planning, artificial intelligence, socio-economic development, information and analytical technologies, situational centers, decision support systems, and network expertise. He has authored a book Cognitive Semantics of Artificial Intelligence: A New Perspective (Springer Singapore, 2021). He annually participates in foreign scientific conferences in USA, Japan, South Korea, Italy, Spain, Germany, U.K., and Brazil.
