Alessio Iovine

Alessio Iovine (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of L'Aquila, L'Aquila, Italy, in 2010 and 2012, respectively, and the European doctorate degree in information science and engineering from the University of L'Aquila, L'Aquila, Italy, in collaboration with CentraleSupélec, Paris-Saclay University, Paris, France, in 2016. From 2016 to 2020, he held Postdoctoral positions with the University of L'Aquila; Efficacity Research Center, Champs-sur-Marne, France; University of California at Berkeley, Berkeley, CA, USA; and CentraleSupélec. He is currently a Researcher with CNRS, Paris, France, and a member of L2S, Paris-Saclay University. His research interests include advanced control methods for power and energy systems and traffic control, with smartgrids, integration of renewables and storage devices, autonomous vehicles and cooperative intelligent transportation systems as core applications.
