Natalia Kaurova

Natalia Kaurova received the specialist degree in physics from M. V. Lomonosov Pomorsky State University, Arkhangelsk, Russia in 1999. From 1999 to 2002, she was a full-time graduate student, Department of Physics and Information Technology, Moscow State Pedagogical University, Moscow, Russia, where she was studying hot-electron bolometer receivers in the THz range. Her professional interests include solid-state physics, vacuum science and technology, especially ultrathin superconducting film deposition and nanoscale lithography.
